Please Read the following terms and conditions and check the box below to confirm you agree to abide by them:

1. I am currently an AMA member in good standing and agree to abide by all of the AMA's Safety Standards, NEHC safety and operational rules and will not willfully and deliberately fly my helicopter in a careless, reckless and/or dangerous manner.

2. I will not fly my model helicopter until it has been proven to be air-worthy by having been previously and successfully flight tested.

3. I will not fly my aircraft behind the flight stations, over the pits or over people.

Sorry we made the mistake of having a lawyer review this and he made us add this.

4. Each and every pilot at the New England Heli Crew Phenomenon hereby agrees to assume all of the risks of injury and/or death which are inherent in the operation of radio controlled aircraft, and/or in being present in a place where such devices are operated under the control of others and further hereby agrees to release, defend and hold the New England Heli Crew and it’s officers harmless from any and all claims, losses, causes of action or damages whatsoever, including the costs of defense, associated with any claim or lawsuit arising out of any use of the facilities provided and or maintained by the Club. Each pilot further agrees, for himself, and for his successors, heirs, wrongful death beneficiaries and assigns and for the benefit of every other pilot, that neither he/she, nor anyone claiming under him/her, shall seek any recovery of losses, costs or damages of any kind from any other pilot in excess of the insurance coverage available to such pilot, provided that the protections associated with this clause shall not inure to the benefit of any pilot who has not obtained and kept in full force and effect the insurance coverage required by the AMA’s rules, nor shall these protections run in favor of any pilot who has caused injury to the person or property of another intentionally.
