As discussed at the Member Meeting, a Steering Committee is being created to help guide the club and Board.  The Steering Committee will consist of 3-5 members, nominated and elected by non-board members.  In addition to providing a direct conduit for all members' ideas and concerns to be heard by participating in Board meetings, these members will participate directly in the Grievance and Dispute Resolution process.  Nominations will be collected during the week of Jan 15 ending on Friday Jan 20 using the Survey Monkey link posted to the listserve.  Voting will be held the week of Jan 22, again using Survey Monkey.
